Idaho 7 is an 8% single-hop Double IPA and one of the boldest volumes in the series.
Expect ripe pineapple and apricot up front, big and juicy, with a wave of tangerine close behind. Through the mid-palate the fruit stacks up over a firm, resinous pine backbone, the kind of fruit-and-pine punch brewers describe as peach rings and white gummy bears, before a long, clean, resinous finish. At 8% it's substantial and full-flavoured, bold without ever tipping into heavy.
Brewed as a pure expression of Idaho 7, this single-hop DIPA delivers the whole picture, nothing blended, nothing softened, just one high-impact American hop turned all the way up. Big fruit, big pine, no compromises.
