Thank you for shopping with Dangerous Ales. Below you’ll find details on how and when we ship orders.

Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders are not packed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During peak periods, new release drops, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Timeframes

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the courier network. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time is outside of our control and may be affected by:

  • Courier delays

  • Weather events

  • Peak seasonal demand

  • Regional service limitations

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size/weight unless a flat rate or free shipping promotion is active.

Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the courier system.

Authority to Leave

By default, orders may be left in a safe place if no one is available to receive them, unless you request otherwise. If you do not want your parcel left unattended, please note this at checkout.

Dangerous Ales is not responsible for parcels marked as delivered by the courier.

Alcohol Deliveries — Age Requirement

Alcohol purchases require the recipient to be 18 years or older. Couriers may request ID upon delivery. If suitable ID cannot be provided, delivery may be refused and re-delivery fees may apply.

Incorrect Address Details

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address information, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.

Damaged Parcels in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@dangerousales.com with photos of the package and items so we can investigate and assist.
