Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return window for faulty or damaged items only. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to contact us if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Be in the same condition that you received it

  • Be unused and in original packaging (where applicable)

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and make it right.

We may request photos or further information to support your claim.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
