An Epic Hop Tale - Chapter 4: Nectron is a 9.4% Triple IPA built as a single-hop showcase of one of the rarest hop varieties in the series. A New Zealand-developed variety still grown in limited quantities, Nectaron rarely appears as the centrepiece of a beer, single-hop releases of it are genuinely uncommon, even among breweries who know it well. This limited release saves the best for last.
Expect rich stone fruit immediately, nectarine, white peach, and apricot hitting you first, lush and inviting and unlike anything earlier in the series. A creamy, tropical mid-palate follows, with smooth resinous warmth carrying all the way through to a long, peachy finish. At 9.4% it is substantial, but beautifully integrated, dangerously easy to drink for what it is.
Brewed as a pure expression of Nectaron, this single-hop TIPA delivers the full picture nothing blended, nothing softened, just a rare New Zealand hop doing exactly what it does best. The final chapter. Make it count.
